Default Update and also what is your best drugstore friendly reg shampoo

I am really likeing the way my hair is feeling and looking but its so weighed down. Its so much less frizzy by about75% what is huge!!! I been useing shea moist ren once or twice a week. co wash or water rinse and then once a week I use vo5 moisture reg shampoo and put some tress con in it to clean it up. It seems to bounce up that day but after that its limp agian but I will take over the frizz. So kinda asking is the vo5 to strong as a sulfate shampoo?? I want to go all CG but dont think its going to happen..its also breaking out my back and hairline bad

If I had to pick a drugstore sulfate shampoo, I would probably go with the newish Pantene Aqua Lite or Tresemme Naturals. Both are lower sulfate shampoos. If you're willing to spend more, Redken Fresh Curls is amazingly gentle.
Although I follow a modified CG routine now (I have a gentle sulfate shampoo that I love and use once every week or two, and I use cones on occasion), I recommend that everyone try CG for at least a little while, just to see what it can and can't do for your hair. There are sulfate-free shampoos available if co-washing or water washing doesn't work.
