So when I started cg I had highlighted hair. I got my routine down, then I did all over color and now it feels really dry. I've done a deep protein treatment, but that didn't help any. What else should I try?
You need a deep moisture treatment after a protein treatment anyway to make it work right.

Averages out at 2b, ranges from 1c to 3a, very fine
Mane 'n Tail co-wash + leave-in
Clarifying shampoo every few weeks
Lavender Allergy
^ yup.

Do some weekly moisture treatments - saturate your hair with a moisturizing conditioner and leave on an hour or so. Your hair will bounce back.

Oils will pull color out of hair and your color will fade quickly so use sparingly, or not at all, if you like your color.

Thanks ladies, now riddle me this...what's a good moisture treatment?
You can do what iroc suggested and just use conditioner. I've heard good things about DevaCurl's Heaven in Hair and Shea Moisture Coconut Hibiscus Smoothie, but I haven't tried them.

I'm doing Aphogee's protein treatment and deep moisture treatment tonight, so I'll let you know how that goes.

I color my hair and after using a protein treatment I use Curl Junkie's Curl Rehab as a deep moisturizing treatment. Works like a charm for me.

You might try looking in the product review section and check the moisturizers. Lots of great info there. Hope that helps.
2/c and some 3A.
Protein sensitive but can use occasionally
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift
