Arrow super dry and frizzy 2b hair help?

I have fine to medium hair that is 2b. it is always super dry and frizzy. I used a deep conditioning masque but it only made my hair a little bit less dry, and it stayed frizzy. what can I do to make my hair healthier, less dry, and less frizzy?

I use Aussie smooth shampoo and evercreme sulfate-free moisture system deep nourishing masque as conditioner.
I have hair that goes about 3-4 inches past the lower end of my bra strap, so, it's long.

What kind of shampoo/conditioner/products are you using?

Some of us have had success applying coconut oil to dry hair (as in not wet), putting a shower cap on, and letting it soak up overnight. Then washing it out the next day.

I've recently started using Regis Olive Oil leave in conditioner too. Can be found in the hair salons inside Walmart. I don't use a ton, maybe a dime sized amount for my shoulder length hair. I'd use their rinse out conditioner too (tried it for a week and it was wonderful), but I have problems with wheat protein hurting my scalp.
