Default recommendations for a good deep conditioner

Since the weather has changed, my hair has gotten super dry! My shampoo and conditioner isn't cutting it. What are some good deep conditioners that are sulfate, silicone, and protein free?

What kind of price point? On ground or online? Protein or no protein?

10-15 I guess. And no protein. My hair loved it when I straightened my hair but then I went natural. Now it just dries out with most of the protein based stuff.

I was looking at the Curly Kinks line of products. Has anyone tried those? They are a little bit pricey, but my hair is super picky.

I like the Coiling Jam (or whatever it's called). The Satin Roots leave-in made me itchy. I didn't really try the ReNew. Only tried it once and can't really remember how it was.

I'd recommend Yes to Cucumbers or GVP conditioning balm. You can find the GVP at Sallys.

You can think about trying olive oil and coconut oil mixed in a 50-50 ratio .
clarify your hair of all products. Don't use any products after this. While your hair is damp, use the oil (warmed up) on your scalp and the length. Put it in a shower cap and keep it overnight. I co wash my oil treatments out but if you want you can lo-poo.

If you are looking for a dc which will give you results in few hours, then this is not for you. sorry. I use only natural stuff when it comes to dc because store bought dc treatments don't work for me at all.

If you're looking for something with no protein then you'll want to stay away from the coconut oil as part of an oil deep treatment. Honey and olive oil is a great deep conditioner and it will have your hair feeling great in a few hours.

I was looking into the olive oil and honey. How often do I need to do that?

I use the honey and olive oil weekly, 30 min w/heat, about 2 hours or more w/out heat. It makes a world of difference.
