Hello i´m from Mexico, sorry for the bad English, I have wavy hair, I follow the CG method, I have doubts about the low poo shampoo without sulfates, I want to use only once a week, but is only used on the scalp? or you can use the scalp and throughout the hair?:dontknow:

I mostly just use low poo on my scalp. If you are using water soluble products (no silicones), that's usually fine. If I notice my hair getting limp or dull looking, I will use low poo or sulfate poo to clarify any residual product that may be on my hair. That usually clears it all up. I typically only wash my hair twice per week.
