Wavies, how do you use KCCC?

I just started retrying it, and it's good so far, but there is definitely a learning curve.
How much do you use? How do you apply it? Any other advice would be great. Thanks so much!

When I used it, I used just a tiny bit over FSG--I'm talking less than dime sized, probably. I'd put it in my palms, rub my hands together and then scrunch it throughout my head.

I tried mixing it in with my leave in (Tresemme) too, and that worked pretty well; for some reason I preferred it over the FSG by itself. Alas, I can no longer use it, as it makes me break out :( I am a sad, sad panda about it too, because I really liked it!

No leave-in since it's pretty moisturizing and a little heavier. I scrunch it into soaking wet hair and plop.

I tried KCCC for the first time today. I used two pea sized dollops of conditioning balm (I usually use one) as leave in. While my hair was dripping wet with my head upside down I dipped my finger into the KCCC, emulsified it in my hands then squished it in. My hair is BSL so I dipped about five times to get it through all my hair. Scrunched in BRHG then diffused. Today was the first time in a long time that I didn't have halo frizz. Also, my hair wasn't very crunchy when it was dry so I hardly had to SOTC.

I'm pretty new at this, but I went to a curl deva type salon, and they showed me how to put it in. They put it in over a leave in, still pretty soaking wet hair. It looked really good, but... it was super heavy in my scalp area, so now I put it over my leave in, still wet hair, but I totally avoid the first few inches near my scalp, and it works really well, it seems to be working for me when the dew point is super low.
