Are these ok?

Are garnier fructis pure clean shampoo and the garnier fructis style curl shaping spray gel ok to use? I have 2c/3a/medium/low porosity

I'm currently using: SN coconut, NG tea tree conditioner as my rinse out and leave in and the biosilk rock hard gelee.

I seriously need some guidance on what else I need!

I like the GF gel- if it's the same as mine- it says on the front with Shea and it's light green? I get good curl with it a lot of the time. I don't see any silicones in it.

Yes that's the one! Thanks! I also bought the GVPCB today as my leave in and I got a sample of hair one cleanser and conditioner to use as my Low poo every once and an a while.

I love that spray gel. 8-)

The pure clean shampoo has Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate in it, which is a sulfate and therefore not CG. So if it's being CG you're aiming for, that might not be the best shampoo.

Ok I ditched that shampoo and got a sample pouch of the knock off wen shampoo to try when I need it! And I'm glad the spray gel is ok because I love it!

Just for information sake, Hair One has amodimithicone in it and is not CG. :)

darn! i wish i would have checked this out before i bought it haha, oh well you live and you learn...so what would be a good lowpoo? ive only been "shampooing" it once a week and i was using the hair one.

I haven't experimented with too many shampoos yet, but I like Burt's bees moisturizing shampoo. My hair feels soft instead of dry after rinsing.

Amodimethicone is an interesting 'cone. While it is not water soluble, it tends to resist buildup. I low poo 2-3 times a week, so amodimethicone really doesn't faze me and I'm perfectly okay with using a product with it.
