I'm about three weeks into CG and my hair condition has already improved. But I feel my hair looks too messy. I cowash, seal with oil, add gel and then KCCC. I see photos of shiny, bouncy curls on this site and I want that too. What am I doing wrong? (Pic attached)

Nothing... you're doing great and your hair looks way better than mine did 3 weeks in. It just takes time. My hair didn't really strat showing its potential until about 5-6 months in. You also have to accept that not everyone is going to go from 2a or 2b to 3a curls. I'll never in a million years move into 3 territory and I'm okay with that. Wavy hair is beautiful too!
