Default 2C and postpartum hair changes

I had a baby girl 10 months ago. My normal hair is very thick and on the coarse/dry side. During pregnancy, my hair was limp and lifeless. After having her, I went through the typical hair loss period and have been battling the baby hairs around my hair line.

My question: My hair now has gone nuts. It's completely unmanageable and similar in texture and behavior as is was when I was a young teenager and going through puberty. It's frizzy, coarser than normal and totally out of control. I end up wearing it in a lot of buns.

I need some help or some suggestions on how to tame the beast.
