Default Towel for plopping

I was considering getting a curl ease towel for plopping. Anyone have experience with it? Are they worth the money? I plop right now using a sheet and its not absorbs at all, so it's really pointless! But if love something that would help with drying time and tho hold the waves while it dries.

I bought a microfiber hair towel at CVS for $2.99 , it takes a lot of moisture out of my hair which really shortens my drying time and give me better volume .When I want better clumping t-shirts work best for me ( the heavier winter materials ).
I would also like to know if it is really worth the money.

I hear those flour sack towels work well too. You can find them at places like walmart near the dish towels, not the bath towels. They're absorbent and inexpensive and usually big enough to plop with.

I use long sleeve shirts for the initial plop (I double plop). I also have some flour sack towels but they are so thin they don't help with drying time.

The towel I bought at CVS is called Turbie Towel, I have bsl hair and it works great for plopping, it takes a lot of water out in a short time
I leave it for 15 min. and it takes my drying time from 4h to 2h, but as I said it does not give me good clumps. Wonder if all microfiber towel do that or if it is only my hair ?

My husband (who was sick seeing an old T-shirt in our bathroom...) bought me a microfiber towel from Bed, Bath & Beyond for about $10-$15. Works much better than a T-shirt!
