Sensitive Skin, Allergy Prone Issues

I have eczema, roseacea, contact dermatitis, and seasonal allergies...so lots of hair/skin products bother me. Especially highly scented products.
I would like to know if any others have these issues and what products you use successfully on your hair?
I have eczema. It sucks. In allergic to green tea, most soaps and just UGH!!!! I use Lidex to control it. You just can't avoid everything.

I have a lot of allergies and have sensitive/combo skin. I also have a chronically itchy, dry scalp. Most hair products don't bother me but Jessicurl products have fairly short ingredient lists. Spiral Solutions is good too. Both lines come in unfragranced.

My face is much more sensitive. I either wash it with Vanicream bar soap or CeraVe moisturizing wash. Can't quite remember the proper names. I moisturize with the Body Shop's Aloe Day and Night creams.
Coarse texture, normal-high porosity, normal elasticity (Komaza Care), very weak waves

Also, check out my sig below for product recs...my hair/skin seems to hate ALOT, (nut oils, heavy perfumes, triglycerides, mineral/petrolatum, polyquats, pvp...), the list goes on

Totally.

I have eczema, Seborrheic Dermatitis, lots of ingredients sensitivities, and gluten sensitivity. I have to keep my routine simple, and I have to use mostly, if not all, unscented products. I am modified CG, so I use sulfate free shampoos. I use Free and Clear's shampoo and conditioner, as well as Theraneem's Gentle Therape shampoo and conditioner for my Seborrheic Dermatitis. I also occasionally use Sally's Cure Care conditioner to CO wash with. I used to be able to use Trader Joe's Tea Tree Condish to CO too but it started bothering me....I have to check it for wheat ingredients to see if that is it or if the tea tree oil just got to be too much (which is a possibility).

For my LI i use either a touch of my normal condishes, or sometimes I use KCKT. I have other LI's I can use VERY OCCASIONALLY but only when my SD isn't acting up. I just found out my Toadstool Soap's Unscented LI has wheat in the Vit. E so it's out now. I have to check up on some of my old faves from DB still. I also use oils either as LI's or to seal...my faves are coconut oil, Argan oil, and Camellia Japonica oil.

I will admit, I usually wear my hair up now that it's getting longer, and that works for me so I don't have to use any styling products on a regular basis. But when I do wear my hair wurly, it's either CJPP gel or unscented SSCEJ. That's it, nothing else. Can't use a darn other thing. LOL! I do occasionally use cones though when I wear my hair straight, but I always use a serum so that I can control where it's applied and I stay away from my scalp.

My face and body are just as sensitive btw. HTH....

Those lists always make me laugh...I have to take them with a grain of salt. For instance, for me, Castor oil is HIGHLY comedogenic but it's listed as a 1 but Coconut oil, which they list as a 4 is no problem for me.

I guess it just goes to show how different things work for different people.

I have rosacea, dry & sensitive skin and as a result a lot of difficulty with shampoo & conditioners. What I use at the moment works pretty well for me. Pre-wash condition with Shea Moisture Deep Treatment Masque, Co-wash with Suave Naturals conditioner, Condition with Tresemme Naturals silicone free conditioner, my gel is homemade flax seed gel.

If my hair seems to be getting build up I will use Burt's Bees shampoo, but then follow it up with a little of the Suave Naturals to moisturize my scalp(otherwise I get bumps). What I found is that anything that is drying will cause me problems. I try to pick things that add moisture. I occasionally use coconut oil if my hair is feeling really dry.

As for the rosacea, I use Cetaphil cleanser and Princess Livia Moisturizer. Princess Livia is the only moisturizer I have found that does not give me problems.

Thank you all for your great suggestions and tips! I've got tons of stuff I'm going to have list in swap. I would say that 75% of the products I've purchased I can't use!
Now I've new things to try.....thanks again!
