Default SM C&SM question

Hi! Last night I tried the SM C&SM and am bummed with the results. I used it as a leave in and followed with a little bit of KCCC and the results were horrible. My hair seemed dry and there was hardly any wave at all. Did I do something wrong?

Finding products that work is so frustrating. I am also getting inconsistent results from the products I thought were working.

What am I doing wrong?

I have the same issues with consistency. Wavy hair just has a mind of its own I think.

Use: Shea Moisture Raw shampoo and conditioner, co-wash w/ suave naturals coconut, aussie ausome volume mousse and Herbal essence totally twisted gel.

Thank you ladies for responding. I will have to try it without the KCCC and see how that goes

I have found that SM C&SM pulls my curls out, it gives great shine and bouncy curls if I follow it with a strong gel like BRHG or La looks

I have also been experimenting the the curl and style milk. I have to use it VERY sparingly as my hair is easily weighed down. Like turquoisecurls said, I follow it with a hard hold gel: AIF. It makes my hair very shiny! And also smell really good lol
