How often does everyone "wash" their hair?

So there are 7 days in a week, please tell me your entire week of hair care!
Typically my hair gets wet every other day and I co wash at the same time. I just started using SM yucca and baobab shampoo and I'm not sure if it's low or no poo. But I tried using it 2 washes in a row and my hair was very unhappy it just looked like a mess. I co washed and my hair is still unhappy. Then I decided to try no cowashing just massage scalp and condition mid shaft to ends. My hair now feels gross and I don't think I can take it! Please give me some tips? Ugh this is so annoying! I was previously using loreal curl sulfate free shampoo and my scalp was itchy but I think I'm going to go back to it bc those were my best hair days. My scalp is still incredibly itchy what else can I do? Ugh 😫😭 this really stinks.

Wash routines are really a matter of personal preference. I cleanse my hair almost daily (I occasionally will sport a lazy Saturday ponytail if I'm staying home all day, but that's about it). I alternate between a straight conditioner co-wash (VO5 Vanilla Mint Tea), a cleansing conditioner, a low-poo that I'm just trying to use up, and a very gentle high protein sulfate shampoo. I don't have a set schedule- I use what I think my hair needs that day.

Here's my routine (all my stuff is CG friendly)

Day 1: wash with herbal shampoo (sulphate free) and condition twice & use a leave in, then mousse or FSG, diffuse.
Day 2: nothing! (I wear it up)
Day3: co wash & AVC rinse, a leave in, mousse or FSG, diffuse
Day4: nothing (wear it up)
Day 5: same as day 1 (then day 2, 3 etc)

On the weekend I PT & DT & try to let my hair dry naturally as diffuse during the week.
I will also use a baking soda rinse if it feels yuk!

I wash, low poo, probably 5 days a week. My hair over moistirizes really easily so unless it feels particularly dry I wash.

Everyone on here is so helpful. I want to try PT but haven't done that yet, it would probably be good for me to try. For the ACV does that really help? And baking soda too? I definitely want to try some new things. What kind of protein soap do you use?

Day 1 (Tuesday): Low poo, condition, products, pixie diffuse. Pineapple at night.
Day 2: Release the pineapple, shake and go. Pineapple at night.
Day 3: Release the pineapple. Sometimes I can still shake and go, but other times I spray with a mix of leave in conditioner and water, scrunch, and diffuse a bit to perk up my waves. It just kind of depends on the weather and some other factors like what gel I used.
Day 4 (Friday): Low Poo, condition, products, pixie diffuse. Pineapple at night.
Day 5: Same as Day 2.
Day 6: Same as Day 2.
Day 7: Same as Day 3.
Hair Properties: 2A/2B, Medium-fine, Normal porosity, Normal elasticity, Medium density
Low Poo: DevaCare, Yes to Cuc's
Rinse Out: DevaCare One Condition, Yes to Cuc's
Cowash: Suave Naturals Lavender, Yes to Carrots Scalp Conditioner
Curl Cream: AG ReCoil, Organix Moroccan Oil Curl Cream
Gel/Mousse: Sweet Curls Elixirs FSG w/ Mag Sulfate added, Sweet Curls Elixirs hard hold gel, DevaCurl Frizz Free Foam, Aquage Uplifting Foam
Protein: Spiral Solutions Protein Spray for daily use
I usually wash every 2-3 days. Anything more my hair gets limp, anything less my hair gets tangles really bad, frizzy and dry.

Sunday: low-poo, protein treatment, condition, style. That night add some oil, leave in to ends and pineapple.

Monday: spritz with water or use wash cloth scrunch method, add SM curl and some milk for more moisture and a bit more product, diffuse a bit or air dry. That night finger dangle add more condish to ends. I can usually tell at this point if I can get a third day out of it or not.

Tuesday: same method as above, if still looks okay leave down if not put it in a bun.

Wednesday: low-poo, short protein treatment, condish, style

Thursday: same as Monday

Friday same as Tuesday

Saturday I almost always 're wash and style since I have more time. I might try a new product or routine that day.

Experimenting with lots of products in my cabinet...


My hair loves protein, plopping, and diffusing! Trying to find a way to style and air dry.
My hairs adores ACV rinses.

I typically only co-wash. I will shampoo after I color my hair or before I do a PT (that's part of the directions), but those events happen every couple months.

Day 1: Co-wash + normal routine
Day 2: Mist with Deva curl stuff, wear up
Day 3: Co-wash + normal routine
Day 4: Mist with Deva curl stuff, wear up

See the pattern? Sometimes I wear my hair up two days in a row if I'm not going anywhere. I try to let my hair air dry once or twice a week but the diffuser makes my life so much easier it's hard to skip that step.
My hair is insane, porous, fine, thick/dense, 2C/3A depending on the humidity that day.
shampoo: L'Oreal Sulfate free stuff sometimes
co-wash: Suave Naturals coconut
condish: GVP conditioning balm
leave in: Will try Tresemme Naturals volume (as if I need volume)
products:

I really like Redken Fresh Curls as a shampoo. It's less stripping than some low poos and doesn't make me itchy unlike my former favorite shampoo/low poo which is Jessicurl GLS. I hate cowashing and I have to shower almost every day because of working out (running or crossfit) and I sweat quite a bit.
Coarse texture, normal-high porosity, normal elasticity (Komaza Care), very weak waves
cleanser: Redken Fresh Curls Shampoo, CJ Daily Fix

rinse out: CJ Beauticurls, CJ A&OO, CJ Smoothing

jellies/creams: Mop C, KCCC, SCE FSG

I co-wash daily because my curls get loosened very easily overnight and my hair is too short for me to wear it up. My hair likes it. If my hair feels extra oily, I will clarify but that's not often at all.
