Deep conditioning and protein treatment question

I'm trying to get on somewhat of a schedule for my deep conditioning and protein treatments but not sure if they can be done on the same day. I'm doing my own deep conditioning with TJ conditioner some coconut oil and honey and I've already done the protein treatment recipe from IAGirl which I really liked. So I just want to know if I can do these on the same day or do they need to be done separately. I'm sorry if such a silly question but I certainly don't want to do anything that will defeat the purpose of the other. Thanks for your help. You ladies here are the best and have really helped me a great deal on my CG journey.

I usually do my DT right after my PT, so it shouldn't be a problem for you to do it that way. I find the PT helps my hair retain more of the moisture from the DT.

I agree with Corinna. No harm whatsoever to do DT right after PT. Could even be a better idea than waiting to do the DT because PT can dry out your hair.

As always thank you I will do that. ;-)

Many find they have to follow a PT with a DT. Others (I suppose porous, protein craving) find they don't need to follow a PT with a DT. You'll have to experiment.
