Suave natural tropical coconut conditioner and shampoo

I've heard about people using this shampoo and conditioner very often so I want to read what you guys think about both the shampoo and conditioner.

I've never used the shampoo but i used the conditioner to cowash and to detangle and they did a pretty good job with both. Very moisturizing.

I use the conditioner for cowash and leave-in. I've never used the shampoo and I'm not sure it's sulfate free.

A lot of people use the conditioner, especially for cowashing. However, the shampoo is said to be drying, probably because it has sulfates.

I regularly use the conditioner as a cowash, works great. It even has a little bit of protein in it (my hair loves protein!). I've also used it for a rinse out and a leave in. As a rinse out, it provides enough slip for me to detangle my hair in the shower. Love the conditioner.

The shampoo has sulfates and therefore isn't technically CG. I've used other Suave Natural shampoos (not this one in particular), but they can be a bit on the harsh side. I'd guess the coconut would be similar.
