Default Steamer for hair (repurposed)

So, I've been craving a Queredew (sp?) but this ad came to me today and I wondered if it could be dual purposed for hair:
Buy Handheld Mini Steamer with Bag, House & Home*and Laundry from The Shopping Channel, Canada's home shopping network*-*Online Shopping for Canadians

Do you think that's 3rd degree burns waiting to happen? Is it really any different from a steamer intended for hair??

Not sure about the possibility of burns (eek!), but just wanted to chime in that I found the Q-Redo a complete waste of money.

Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Conditioners: Curl Junkie Beauticurls Strengthening Conditioner,
Deep condish: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Stylers: Experimenting with cones & sulfates while the dews are high. Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift
