Default co-wash question

so if you use conditioner for washing your hair, what do you use in your scalp?

I scrub my scalp when I conditioner wash.

Mostly because I use coconut oil to grease me scalp & I don't want gunky roots.

I scrub my scalp with conditioner if I'm co washing. I also like to low poo every so often.

Conditioner, you are removing sebum from both.

Co washing will remove coconut oil.
