GVP sculpting liquid (after I apply GFSS LI)
Suddenly, it's Kinky Curly Knot Today.
Jessica
Type 2c: coarse, high-density, low porosity (so it would seem)
Avoiding protein and glycerin; going for soft, non-crunchy, frizz-free waves
CO & RO: Tresemme Naturals Moisture
Sealer: Olive oil
Leave-in/Styler: Kinky Curly Knot Today
DT: olive oil and honey
Oribe Sculpting Cream. Good hold, less crunchy than gel, adds body and thickness to my fine hair.
2bFi Avalon Organics Lavender Shampoo & Conditioner, Giovanni 50/50 Balancing Hair Remoisturizer as Leave-In, Kiehl's Clean & Clear Styling Gel
Well, it would have to be either KCCC or LALSG since those are all I use anyway...I guess the KCCC.

2c/3a, fine, low porosity.

Poo: Garnier Fructis Pure Clean (yes, it has A Sulfate!!, but I have Teflon hair)
Co-wash (when I feel so inclined, which isn't often!): VO5 Kiwi Lime Clarifying Conditioner
Conditioner/LI:
same for both -- whatever I have in the shower at the time (I experiment a lot)
Style: EcoStyler Olive Oil <3
Dry: Diffuse or air dry, or both...depends on my mood

Mine is EcoStyler gel. That is thee only styler that works for me and nothing compares to it.

Kccc comes close....but im allergic to it.

Just discovering my hair likes protein!

GVP sculpting liquid. No crunch, just shine and hold!

Oops! I already posted this!
Right now my top product is Herbal Essences Set me Up Gel. I was using their mousses (which worked great during the spring) but once the humidity hit my hair looked so super greasy!! Apparently I'm one of the ones that has to change products with the seasons... So my top product is based on what season I'm in... When its basically almost dry I give a one last scrunch and all the crunchiness goes away (my hair also gets crunchy with mousse and I have to do the same thing).
I've compared HE gel ingredients to others on the shelves at my store and its ingredients are very different. All the other gels are similar in ingredients. What has helped me tremendously in this process has been becoming aware of the ingredients, that has helped me figure out what it is about the product my hair does and does not like.
Hope you find what products work well with your hair!
