if you cowash when do you do deep treatments?

what i used to do was applying an oil, leave it overnight and then the next day i wash my hair but reccently an article has appeared saying that doing no poos when you co wash is only making your regimen longer bc cowash makes your hair moisturized without needing to prepoo so... im a bit confused
Hi Sarass!

For wavy hair, prepoos are a bit redundant, especially if you're going to cowash. Depending on the season and your dew points and all that would help decipher how often you should deep condition. I normally deep condition once a week at least, but if it's extremely cold and dry, I'll do it twice a week.

Hope that helps!
