I bought the trial kit of JC's styling line and got AWESOME spirals with RR and CC. So I bought the full size bottles. Of course, now they're not working and I've lost all curl. Today I just used LTW and I'm starting to see my curls come back, although I'm having a tough time with my crown (that's a whole other issue and I think I'm going to get bangs....).

SOOOOO, my question is if you use JC products what do you use and how much? Just one puddle of RR and a pea sized amount of CC (plus gel)?

When I used it I would use 2 puddles of RR and a quater size amount of CCSS. My hair is about 3 inches below my shoulders and medium thickness.

I use RR pretty regularly. For all of my hair (I have really thick hair) I probably have to use 4 or 5 palmfuls, and I apply it to my hair section by section. I do like this product, but it seems like I need to use a lot of it to get good results.

For styling: homemade flax seed gel, Curl Keeper, and/or KCCC

I use JC during the summer. I mix both RR & CCSS in one bottle, using 3 parts of RR to 1 part of CCSS. (I have an empty RR bottle & use 6 oz of RR & 2 oz of CCSS). I shake it up really well, then use this combo as my curl enhancer.

I smooth a half-dollar size puddle on the top of my canopy, bend over, then smooth another puddle on the underside of my hair, comb it through (which brings the mixture to the ends of my hair) & scrunch.
