I guess I'll be the first!

Hi all! I have never been the first person to post on a message board before. I feel so special!
I am mostly a 2c, with 2B and a little 3A mixed in to keep thing intersting!

What does everyone do for their hair?I have just started to get into my wavy/curly hair.
Right now I am shampooing with TBS Honey poo about 2-3x a week. On the days I don't poo I use suave mango peach to CO. Every day I condition w/ TBS honey condish or Elucence MBC( just got it have used 2 day in a row).
I use HE humidity defying gel. I'm not crazy about it but also don't hate it!

My big problems are Frizz and lack of defintion. Any suggestions will be welcome!
I just got a bottle of CurlKeeper and am going to start using that next week. I really don't like to try too many new products in one week to see if they actually work.
I tried CG for a month and myhair was a mess! I really need to poo more often or I get major oilslicks!

Now its your turn!

phew, I'm glad you went first.
I'm a 2b/c and 3a on a good hair day. pretty much like your type. Mine is growing out from a pixie last september, but its now down to my shoulders thankfully. i wash every three days with tresemme poo and dish, but I have heaps of other favs that I use like, sunsilk hydrating with coconut milk, alchemy and Garnier just to name a few. I started using CK last week, and LOVE IT TO DEATH!!! major HG there.
When I first used it, I was using way too much, but now I've worked out how much I need for my curls, and its soooo good. So I just poo and dish, combing CKdown through soaking hair whilst still in the shower, then scrunch with my microfibre towel. when I get out, I put a little bit more on the ends and then leave it without touching until it starts to work. You really can see the curls start to spring up even more. If you need more volume, you can gently scrunch it up when its close to dry, or diffuse also. I dont need anymore volume, that's for sure. I've got devacurl angell and CHC leave in protein treatment on order too. For me I had dryness on the ends with the CK, but figured out I was just overdoing the amount I was using. Once I got the amount right, its now really soft and shiny, well defined and frizz free. If you need more hold, you will have to layer a gel over the top. i just use Aloevera gel. (fruits of the earth) see ya!
3a /f/ii 13.5/20/25 Mastey traite' no sulphate poo and moisturee condish , CK(rocks) . Air drying all the way. Hair getting curlier as it gets healthier. woohoo!!

awwww.... you guys made me ink.
I'm pretty sure I'm a 2C, but with some 3A.

Here's my routine.

I wash my hair a few times a week with a sulphate-free shampoo (Avalon or Jessicurl). I only wash my scalp, too. Because I don't highlight or use heat, I think my hair is in good condition, so I don't always use conditioner if I'm in a rush. If I do use conditioner, I use KMS Curl Hydrator, henna wax (from Boots) or Aloeba. I comb it through with my fingers. Occasionally, when my hair is playing up, I will use a shampoo with sodium laureth sulphate, and apply it to my hair. This gets rid of any build up, and seems to be something that helps more in the summer than winter.

I wash in the evening, with my head over the side of the bath, with cool water. I get more root lift that way, and it helps my hair to wave further up my scalp.

As soon as I've turned off the water (after rinsing out all the conditioner) I put in Batia and Aleeza gel upside down. I comb it through with my fingers, paying particular attention to the ends, but avoiding the roots. I make sure that my hair looks as unfrizzy as possible after I've put the gel in.

I then scrunch with a t-shirt upside down. I flip my hair back over and scrunch some more. It dries off overnight, so I only have to scrunch the crunch in the morning.
