Default Got My haircut

So now that I finally got my hair cut, I have some new perspective.
First, I talked to my stylist. (someone who got wonderful reviews on this site) She said that she wasn't surprised that the full cg routine did not work for me. She said that I am not a no poo person. She did suggest using gentle shampoos, which I have started doing.

I also talked to her about my hair texture and why the curls will or won't stay curled. She said I should avoid cones becuase they make my hair too silky. (it's really silky as it is) She also said that I should use a lot of gel to get my hair curly.

So that's what she said! The cut is good. I still have to see how it is in the long run.

My hair is a mix of 2b/3a and even a bit of 3b thrown in! I would call my hair wavycelli. It curls most when I leave it alone after wet scrunching. My hair has a spring factor of about 2 or 3 inches and has a very silky, medium texture.

I am glad to hear that you some new perspective. Isn't it great to get advice from someone you have confidence it and can actually see and feel your hair? I can't wait to go to a stylist that is recommended here for my next cut.

Now, we just need to see pictures You hadn't posted in a little while. I was wondering where you went. Turns out you were just working on your curls
