Anyone here benefit from these?

definitely :D I do it the "jessicurl" way--tablespoon in a cup of warm water. Dump over my head after shampoo, leave in a few minutes, put co over the top. Rinse. Gives me clumpier curls and I think a little hold. Check out her hair routine on her website (jessicurl.com under "my hair routine).

I am also trying out the lushaholic method of doing a final honey rinse that you leave in, the honey is mixed with cold water in this rinse otherwise it is the same. So far I seem to get chunkier waveswith the final honey rinse, thanks Lush! :D
