Default Me again! no-poo or low-poo???

Hi,

I asked this on general discussion to. How do I know if I should use low-poo or no-poo??? Also a lot of people say they only poo once or twice a month. Do you just wet & condition the other days?

Right now I use KMS curl up shampoo & cond. but I want to try devacurl stuff. Anyone use that system & love it????

Thanks,
Kim

Sorry, I have never tried the Devacurl line. This is what I do. I almost daily CO wash with VO5 or Suave conditioners. Every couple of weeks (or sooner if my hair feels blah or producty) I shampoo with Isoplus Conditioning shampoo and do an ACV rinse. I follow this up with a semi DT type of thing.

ACV is Apple Cider Vinegar
DT is Deep Treatment

I use Low Poo, but I'm going to have to give it up when I run out because I can't keep affording it.

But my scalp is oily, so Low Poo was better for me personally.

hi, i'll not be able to shampoo once or twice a month. maybe coz of the weather here [humid etc.]. i find that even when i just wet & condition, the scalp gets oily after a few days, which i don't like.

currently i'm on low-poo and a lot of conditioner. i fear how quickly my bottles of conditioner might have to be replaced once my hair gets longer
