Hi guys!

I'm still trying to figure out if I'm a 2b or c or what! The last photo I posted was after sleeping in a bun. This is just diffused. What do you think it it???

I would say 2b also. wavy/curly hair can be hard to categorize, especially when it changes from one day to the next.

My hair ranges from 2a to 2c depending on the weather, products used, and various other factors. So I put myself in the middle as 2b.

Yeah, I agree it's hard to categorize. Some would look at my hair and say 3a but it behaves like 2b and the canopy is so much straighter than the underneath layers.

My hair is a mix of 2b/3a and even a bit of 3b thrown in! I would call my hair wavycelli. It curls most when I leave it alone after wet scrunching. My hair has a spring factor of about 2 or 3 inches and has a very silky, medium texture.

I'd say 2b, especially if that was taken this time of year. The way that it looked after you'd let it out of the bun was actually the tip-off as far as I'm concerned, my hair tends to similarly self-straighten in a bun.

Thanks guys!

It's funny b/c the more I cond. wash the curlier my hair is getting! The canopy is stil blah (hoping my Ouidad cut on Thurs. will help that) so it looks just wavy. The hairs underneath are alot curlier.

Also I got my devacurl kit in the mail yesterday & read the whole book so I'm hoping to bring out even more curl!

Thanks again & I'll post a pic after my haircut!!! AHHHHHHH! So nervous (did I mention that already?). Ha ha!
Love,
Kim

Hi Cindy,

I ended up NOT going w/ the Ouidad cut & had my regular stylist cut it. I really like it but am still trying to figure out how to style it w/o looking to 80's Here's a pic of me fresh out of the salon.
