How do you use KCKT and KCCC?

The postman delivered my KCKT and KCCC this afternoon and it's on deck to be tried tomorrow.

I've got thick, coarse, shoulder length 2C hair with some 3A's thrown in here and there.

I'm hoping that those of you who use these products will share your techniques. I'm aslo hoping that I will love this stuff as much as everyone esle seems to!
I too have thick, coarse, shoulder length 2C hair.

I wash with Fuzzy Duck shampoo then condition with TIGI Moisture Maniac. I squeeze out the extra water with my hands.

Then I put in two blops of KCKT (about a lima bean size), one upside down and then one right side up. Then I brush my hair all straight and make sure it's all distributed good.

So then I take the sides and clip them to the top of my head because it's hard for me to get the back looking good. I get a glop of KCCC and smooth a bit down the back and then start scrunching. I scrunch the heck out of it until it's nice and clumpy and not a huge mess.

Next comes the sides and I do the same with the KCCC and the scrunching. And then I scrunch in a dime size of Biotera gel in each of the 3 sections.

After all that I take my Curlese and scrunch out any extra moisture and I let my hair air dry. I diffuse it once in a while and that results in wurlier hair, but without diffusing it looks like the picture below.

I do not have course hair. Mine is medium, thick and roughly 2cish.

I wash with whatever sulfate-free shampoo I have that sounds good that day, condition, again with whatever I have that sounds good that day. I rinse out the conditioner completely, and squeeze out as much water as I can.

Then I add about a marble size of KCKT to my hair and finger-comb it through upside down. I used to apply it like mysteryflavored, but it was just too complicated and I preferred the clumps I got when applying it upside down.

So, I grab about 2 fingers worth of product and srunch it in the front portion upside down, then again on each side and a slightly smaller amount applied to the back of my head. Then I apply a small amount of gell of choice and I scrunch usually until my legs start to shake and my back starts to hurt, then grab my curlease towel and scrunch the excess water out, usually scrunching with the towel a couple times to encourage more clumps.

Then I plop for anywhere from 5-25 minutes depending on how lazy or distracted I get or how rushed I am to get to work. I diffuse for anywhere from 5-10 minutes, then let it airdry the rest of the way while I'm driving to work. Once I get to work, I usually put a little Jane Carter Nourish & Shine on my hands and scrunch out the crunch.

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.

No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.
Oh yeah, I forgot about scrunching out the crunch. I do that too with JC N&S.
