Iíve seen a lot of people say proteins seem not to help... but I think i need them. Does anyone else have this problem? I was trying to steer clear of them but now that Iím using products with them my hair is a lot healthier.

I think mine likes a dose of them every now and then, and I do a protein treatment followed by a loooong DT about 3 times a year. Other than that, a couple of my favorite styling products (B&A and Abba Weightless) have some protein in the ingredients, so as long as I keep my hair well moisturized and keep the proteins at a low, it doesn't seem to be a problem.
