On my overnight stay in Seattle between Chicago and Victoria, I took the Beautiful Curls Babies and Up shampoo back to Whole Foods and picked up Hugo Naturals Volumizing Vanilla and Sweet Orange shampoo/low poo and conditioner at PCC Natural Foods in Fremont near my friend's place...it was on sale, as I was unable to find the Shea Moisture Thickening/Volumizing line on my trip to the states, thought I did manage to get the Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Styling Milk at the Walgreens near my brother's place in Chicago.

I am bad lately....so very bad. I usually don't buy a lot of things at once, but I seem to be running out of all my hair stuff at once. And, being a PJ is too much fun! I picked up some Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Gel and the Pure Clean cream. I've been needing a curl cream for winter, and I did run out of my gel a week or two ago (I do have about four bottles of gel that I don't use on my dresser, but those don't count! ). I am a little nervous about the cream because it has beeswax in it. It shouldn't be a problem washing out because I low poo every time I wash, but I'm afraid it will make my hair look gunky or something. I guess I'll find out! I really can't stand the smell of the gel (it smells like lemons -- normally nice, but it has this really powerful, almost...rotten lemon odor to it...IWWW), but I am going to be brave and tough it out because I really need a gel that works! And one that agrees with my scalp. Fingers crossed that it goes well!
Type 2c/3a with lots of hair and a super sensitive scalp! Med/slightly coarse texture, low porosity and elasticity.

I want to hear how that gel works, Pedaheh! I've wanted to try it for a long while (hey, it's glycerin-free "Ecostyler," how could you go wrong?) but I can't because of the last preservative listed.

I ordered the SS CEJ and FHG, along with CJ CCCCL from Curlmart's after Christmas sale. I haven't received it yet :3 I got HETT gel and mousse for Christmas (and the shampoo &conditioner, which I can't even use.) I'm about to make FSG for the first time, so I bought flaxseeds this week. I have to go to Shoprite because I'm in desperate need of a rinse out condish, so I'm gonna get GFTN. I have been suspended of my Paj ways for a while.
