I got some Curl Junkie stuff today! I already have the smoothing gellie. I just got coffee-coco creme lite, curl rehab, and curls in a bottle. I am dying to try it all out.
Hair type: normal texture, thick, wavy, low porosity, normal elasticity
I could try to send you a little CDRW...a little goes a long way. I'd honestly prefer a less wax based product myself, like JCN&S, but I can't get it here and it costs twice as much. So until I find something else, I suppose this will do.

I got Lloyd's Saltspring Island Organics Hair and Body Pack in the Citrus Squeeze scent. I almost went for the Paradise Found, but the label was hard to read. I like both scents anyway...they're similar.

Ingredients:

Direct micro-expelling (DME™) extra-virgin coconut oil; apricot oil; jojoba oil; rice bran oil; sunflower oil; rosehip oil.

Directions:

For your hair, massage a small amount (about the size of a twoonie*) into your scalp at least 15 minutes before you wash your hair, or use it at night before bed for a truly deep treatment. Great for strengthening and repairing colour-treated, damaged or dry hair. Can be used daily or as a weekly deep conditioner.

For your skin, massage another twoonie-sized amount all over your body after your shower or bath to experience an overall, healthy glow that will last all day. Can be used daily – and even as a hand moisturizer or lip balm.

More details here.

*The $2 coin in Canada...the twoonie is on the left for size comparison.

Gold N hot hooded dryer from sally's. Haven't tried it yet, so I don't know if I'm keeping it. I had a 20% off coupon and a coupon for a free mini flat iron. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the flat iron, but it was free. I might give it to my straight haired sister.

My seamollient came in the mail today...had I known it was so runny I would have gotten it in the capped bottle- LOL! I can't wait to experiment!

Also got LALSG and GFTN. I used GFTN before and it was too much as a rinse out so I swapped it, but plan on using as a DT now.

this week i bought the jane carter shine stuff.
wow it smells so nice. just scrunched out the crunch with it.. and it worked well...
time will tell if it weighs my hair down by the end of the day or gives me a greasy look tomorrow.

Just bought CJ CCCC lite (already have the regular, and while I like it I bet I'll like the lite better!) and CJDF to try. It was my Mother's Day gifts. I haven't bought hair stuff in a long time, so my PJ is SCREAMING atm. I can't wait till my Targets have the new Curls line as well as Miss Jessies, etc.

Also just found out yesterday I have a break in my ION hood dryer from Sallys so I'll eventually have to replace it. I'm living with it now, until I can get another on sale.

Haven't bought anything this week or recently, but I really want some Spiral Solutions stuff. The stuff I've tried so far is great. I wouldn't mind trying some Curl Junkie stuff. I almost bought the Curls Creamy Cleanser and Coconut Curlada Conditioner but the Targets in Washington state don't have any yet. Friends from Florida coming up in a month, so gonna see if they can bring some for me.

The ecostyler didn't work, but I've since gotten Curls to try (that didn't either) as well as LAL gels (curls and sports versions; the curls may very well be a hg for me), KMS Cranberry/pepper Hairstay gel, and DermOrganics Masque conditioner. Oh and samples of stuff (twice) from Kathy Mack. My 2nd order of samples should be here tomorrow or Thursday. Sometime this week or next I'm planning a pretty large CJ order from Marsha's site....I want the liter size of the CR, a spare DFCC, I'm almost out of my H&BDT, and I never did buy the HBLI that I love.

Just bought Jane Carter Condition and Sculpt to use under Re:coil, thanks to a tip from Naturalista! Trying it as we speak. Also bought Suave Naturals Coconut--WEN is getting too expensive to keep up, so I'm experimenting.

I returned my gold n hot hooded dryer. It felt like my relatively small head was floating around in the big dryer. I'll try again some day. I ordered some aohr.

I'm nearly out of my H&B Deep treatment from CJ, as well as CR...this time I got the strawberry scent. I really wanted a huge liter bottle but realized I didn't have a little jar to keep the strawberry in, so just bought the small one this time.

Well I just ordered a bunch of samples from kathymack yesterday! I'm super excited to try them out and I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes!

I did buy the Aura Cherry Almond Bark conditioner from Sally's yesterday and used it this morning. It smells so good! I think I'll use it as a cowash since it's not quite as thick as I'd like for a rinse out.
I picked up some LALCG and LOOB today at CVS while I was on lunch. They were on sale and I wanted to give them a try. Its pretty bad when you have nothing to do at lunch and opt to go browse the hair care isles lol.
Mod CG since 4/10
Products being used ATM

It's not so much as a purchase, but more of a gift, but my friends from Florida brought me 2 bottles each of the Curls for Target Creamy Curls Cleanser and Coconut Curlada Conditioner. I have been using them for the last week or two now and been happy. Today I stopped into my nearby Lush to discover they had a new hair item, R&B Hair Moisturizer. It looks CG, and pretty good, except possibly for the candelilla wax, but that's toward the bottom of the list anyway. I'm going to try to SOTC with it first, then maybe try it the way they've suggested.
