Southern -- that's really interesting! It always blows my mind when something works the opposite of the way it should.

Didn't do anything last night. I just threw it up in a jaw clip and teased a comb through it this morning.

I had a decent curly hair day for the first time in a VERY long time!! Of course, it isn't as good as when I was mod-CG a few years ago, but at least I know there is hope!

I CO-washed with one of the Suave condish. Scrunched in a dab of recoil and GF Triple Nut. condish. Scrunched in a blob of HESMU gel. Squeezed out water with tshirt and diffused about 60% dry. Curls were definitely on the limp side but there was no frizz which is a HUGE improvement.

A so-so day.

Used the Komaza Honeycomb treatment after I did a low poo with Hairveda Amala Shampoo. Left it on about 30 minutes then used JC Too Shea to rinse out. Used Terax Life Drops as LI then CJ SG and Abba Pure Finish Gel

Just o.k. curls..good root volume (Komaza). I think the TS left it a bit too soft..that's too many days with products with BTMS so I'm going to not use anything with that for the next 2 days or so.

Kind of limp..not terrible..presentable. Nothing remarkable.

But it's Sunday..only the folks at Dollar Tree saw me anyway

Today was day 4 hair. I gently teased out the tangles with my fingers, then combed with a wet wide-toothed comb (dipped the comb under the faucet several times) to reactivate my stylers.

This technique pretty much pulls out all my curls, but leaves me with soft, gentle waves similar to the Pantene commercials.

I low poo'd because my scalp was feeling gunky - think I used a little too much product the other day. Conditioned a usual but then I just pinned back the front and let it air dry. I'm in a awkward stage of growing out and I'm loathing my hair right now.

However I did buy some new head bands, bobby pins and ordered some flexi8's to keep me on track and help me resist my urge to cut it all off again. Oh and I also bought some MOP-C texture spray (can't remember the name exactly) in hope to liven up my hair a little, so drab atm.

Thumbs up Well who knew?

Today I used Komaza Almond Cleansing Conditioner followed by my trusty HV MCP. Used a little of HV MCP for leave-in. Then today was my first time trying Alagio Curl Enhancing Balm. Used about a dime sized scrunched in. Topped with a small pea size of BRHG.

Great curl formation! I have nice chunky spirals. I put the two big fat "rhino" curls that hang down on my forehead back in clips..I just can't get used to them..I feel like I'm 3 years old again. It also feels silky and smooth but the curl's holding. I'm very impressed with this stuff!

Plus you can get it at Ulta on ground and its CHEAP!

It is raining like crazy outside so we'll so how well this holds up in my very dry office...sorry for the weird pic's...when it's just me taking them they look strange!

Today I retried gelles'c and I have to say, nice! My hair dried with ZERO crunch to scrunch out.

I used Naked Naturals low poo and loreal rinse out. I used less leave-in than usual and a little biotera curl creme. I slept with my hair in a pineapple and added a little more biotera curl creme this morning. That little spot in the back that is straighter than the rest drives me nuts!

Thanks, it feels nice too. I have 2 samples of it, so I will try it a couple more times to be sure. The front looks odd, so there is only a picture of the back.

A great hair day!

I:

-Shampooed with a shampoo bar
-Rinsed
-Spread conditioner through my hair
-Detangled upside down with a wide toothed comb, then a fine toothed comb
-Did an ACV rinse and left it in for a minute
-Rinsed for five seconds
-Smoothed the excess water out of my hair
-Scrunched in conditioner
-Went to bed

Very nice and soft looking.

Did you try it alone? I can't wait for my sample to come in...I want to try it so bad!

I co-washed today and just smoothed in AOMM and scrunched in HESMU (much better than BRHG for me, I did not like that stuff). SOTC when I got to my son's daycare.

I think I may need to lay off the AOMM for a little. My hair looks a little limp, and flat in the morning after I SOTC. I guess what it would look like if it were OC'd, but I only used SN Coconut this morning and no LI...AOMM is my guess for the culprit. By mid afternoon though it looks better, maybe more soaked in.

Any ideas on what's wrong? I have Nexxus Emergencee for a PT, will that help with this?

It's not noticable though. I think your hair looks excellent...the curls look great!

I think we all have a few pieces like that! Usually we are the only ones who notices them.

I layered it under my usual HETT gel. I feel like it's TOO soft and the curl is starting to fall out. I don't know, this might on my no list.

My hair tends to do that to with the Gel-Les'C unless I use a pretty hard holding gel on top.

The whole curls are TOO soft and TOO silky that they fall out is common for me...not sure if it's being a wavy, having fine hair or thin hair or what ??

Today was the usual JCRR & CC, then a long time in a plop (I was working and couldn't get to my hair), then Artec, and for fun, some Moptop Fuzzy Duck gel. So far, so good.
