Co washed with Suave Coconut....thought maybe I was getting a little over conditioned with all of the moisture I've been using lately. Wrapped in a towel and combed through and am letting air dry. I think what these pics show is
soft hair? yes
shiny? yes
frizzy? yes
and what's up with the poodle spiral? Eeeek!
It's a never ending quest isn't it.

Washed with CJDF, no rinse-out conditioner (hair was oily when I started, so it didn't feel like it needed it), used about a nickel-sized amt. of SSRPT as a leave-in, quarter's worth of CJCCCC lite topped with a light 3-finger dip of SSFHG. Diffused a few minutes then used about that much more of the FHG. Diffused a bit more then clipped the top.

It's the curliest today that it's been in about two years! Almost back to the kind of hair I used to have. That's a good thing except that the bangs/fringe I had cut last week were wild and crazy after clipping. I ended up having to give them a little hit with a large curling iron and use a little hairspray. But it looks good! Probably won't ever be able to duplicate it again, of course.

Like Auntnett, I also used CJDF with no rinse out today. I've been washing every day because I've been working out every day, and I was getting OC'd when I used a rinse out on top of the CJDF.

I used Tresemme Naturals as a leave-in (about a nickel-sized), Ecostyler, and LALSG, plopped while I got dressed, then diffused to about 85% and went to work. It held up really well all day.

Today I washed with Lloyd's Saltspring Island Organics low poo (all over because I've been gunky lately) and Lloyd's Saltspring Island Organics conditioner. I raked in a small amount of Body Shop Cottonseed Curl Boost, then HEBE. I did not scrunch with my hands at all, just with a microfiber towel. No t-shirt, no plop. Air dried about 5-10 minutes and then diffused on low speed and warm heat. My part was a little farther over than usual...not sure if that is good or bad, but I did get a bit more volume at my roots with a little twisting there too. I think it came out ok over all, but I might try super soaking before diffusing next time. I've got some frizz now, but it was a little windy today...such is life living by the water.

I still get gunky too and have to lowpoo occasionally, and I actually have a sulfate free clarifying CG shampoo from Pravana I use. So yesterday I clarified with it, then used CJCF Protein condish, rinsed, CCCC Lite, and KMFUM gel. Itchies weren't too bad, but the uppermanagement didn't hold all that well, and my hair was frizzy and flat which I actually expected due to clarifying. It should be better for awhile now.

On a side note, I've tried Angell before but not ArcAngell and I got some ArcAngell to try now. We'll see how it does.....

One of my favorite combos (minus the Tresemme)!

Shampooed with a goats milk soap bar. Used Yes To Cucumbers conditioner. Did an ACV rinse with honey in it. Scrunched in FSG. Plopped with a hair turban for an hour. Took it down and went to bed.
Looks okay. Not good enough to warrant a picture.

I'm not sure if I need to do a moisture or protein treatment or both, but my hair needs something.

Yeah, the CCCC Lite often leaves me frizzy because it's so moisturizing if I try to use it on wet hair--but I do like it with CIAB. No frizz! Or minimal frizz! :-P

The KMF UM gel is about a medium hold. I love it with SS CEJ, a combo I nicked from dark_waves, but I add a teensy bit of BRHG for hold.

To me, Angell is totally useless. ArcAngell works pretty well, and I used to keep it in the rotation, but I can't remember the last time I reached for it. I have others that work as well or better without the castor oil, which tends to build up on me.

I'm not sure how I feel about the Tresemme with this combo - I may try CIAB under the Eco, instead of a leave-in. I was a little bit frizzy today. :/

CCCC Lite doesn't leave me frizzy, it was the clarifying low poo. Usually the CCCClite is fine. I LOVE it with CIAB! KMF made me itch pretty badly, so I'm probably going to take it back to WF. It's just not worth it if it isn't harder holding. Sigh.....always looking for HG prods.....

It worked ok today, but not terrific. I'm going to keep it for now until I find something wonderful I can't live without. I'll keep the castor oil thing in mind, thanks for saying that.....

Today I didn't wash, but I wet down in the shower and used DBPC (LOVE this I think...I may be getting a f/s but I want to use up the sample first) and then SSCEJ and ArcAngell. Nothing to write home about...it was just ok. The CEJ wasn't as enhancing on me as on some but I need to try it with a LI. Tomorrow is an all SS day except for washing with CJDFCC.

today i used my new recoil sample on water washed hair.. so prob still had a little bit of my last products i used in there, ciab and ccclite mixture..
i think i might likey the recoil! lost a bit of definition in my fine front bits esp the left, but the back turned out great.
I will be interested in how it lasts since i love my FSG but it doesnt hold as long as i would like. Guess i will have to order recoil then... if anyone wants to swap it let me know

Yesterday I washed with CJDFCC, then I didn't have my protein treatment sample left so I mixed SSCC and SSDD for a quick 5 min. treatment, used SS Protein spray, a little CC for LI, SSCEJ, SSFHG, and a little KMSCP gel for more hold. It was kinda crunchy but scrunched out ok, but felt a little wonky. It fell at the end of the day some. I'm going to play with the CEJ and FHG by themselves and see if I can get hold. I'll do it on weekends in case.

Today I washed with CJDFCC, now I've got SSIGTH on my hair for a DT. I'm going to leave it in at least an hour so we'll see how it does after that. I'm planning on SSIJHM for LI, then UFD for enhancer, and CGG for gel.

I took a shower, co-washed with Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine and rinsed out with that too. I then raked in a little for a leave-in conditioner, scrunched in a little Biotera Curl Creme, and scrunched in HETT.
