I fell down a flight of stairs yesterday. I thought i broke my foot but it ended up just being a sprain. Here is one of my war wounds.

Yeah, i'm getting by. I fell down our stairs yesterday (wood floor). It was a nasty fall. I went to the ER because i thought I broke bones. But nope, no bones broke (thank god) just a bad sprain.
I have pain meds, so life really is good and hubs is waiting on me hand and foot. Not without a grumble though

OUCH! I'm glad you got checked out and that you're getting some TLC from the hubs.

Also, good to know about the hair. We wouldn't want to have to call social services for neglect, would we?
