my tummble
I fell down a flight of stairs yesterday. I thought i broke my foot but it ended up just being a sprain. Here is one of my war wounds.

Yeah, i'm getting by. I fell down our stairs yesterday (wood floor). It was a nasty fall. I went to the ER because i thought I broke bones. But nope, no bones broke (thank god) just a bad sprain.
I have pain meds, so life really is good  and hubs is waiting on me hand and foot. Not without a grumble though

OUCH! I'm glad you got checked out and that you're getting some TLC from the hubs.
Also, good to know about the hair. We wouldn't want to have to call social services for neglect, would we?

Hair type: 2a/b, medium to fine texture, medium to high porosity (I think!)
Routine: Occasionally wash with Lavender baby shampoo. CO wash with Garnier triple nutrition conditioner, use a nickel sized blob as a leave in, scrunch out a little water, scrunch in some aloe gel (FOTE), then scrunch in some Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee (BRHG). Plop with a backwards turbie twist for 10 min - to overnight.
CG since 23 May 2009! (with some minor slips)

OUCH!!! I had a bruise like that once, from my last horse (thank GOD he has a new home now). Two weeks later it was still there. That joker hurt!

Oww I'm so sorry  My mother fell down the stairs last year and she had horrible bruises  I hope you get better soon
