You will probably need a trim to get rid of the damage. Then protein to strengthen you up. If you hair is fine (sorry didn't see your hair charactistics), you will want to continue with regular shots of protein. I do protein almost daily.

I'd recommend you determine your hair characteristics to see what you need on a regular basis. Coarse hair doesn't usually do well with regular infusions of protein while fine hair loves it.
