I did an overnight plop...

because I showered late and knew my hair would still be wet at bedtime, so I pulled it down about an hour after I'd had it in just to check it. It looked like it would be ok, and it couldn't be any worse than if I'd gone to bed with wet hair and not plopped and dried funny. Besides, I figured I could pull it back into a ponytail or barrette or something if I needed to.

The results are mixed, though generally good. My hair is curlier and springier and still a little damp. A little flat/weird on top. I've taken pics but will have to post later as I realize I have to get to work very soon!

Ok, here are the pictures...

This picture isn't the most flattering. I didn't have much time before work this morning to play around with the pictures and this was at a bit of an angle, but I kept it. It was also a little damp still.

I have frizz, but then when don't I? :P The top did dry a bit weird and flattish...I tried playing with it by putting it back but I don't have many clips (and none that match) so I left it down. It seemed ok all day. I have a few really strange curly bits, one of them right up front. My curls don't feel terribly dry.

I think a heavier gel might have been ok and kept the frizz down, and moving around might help scrunch the crunch while I am sleeping. I'm willing to keep trying it again, though I may have to rethink what to plop with. My long sleeved tee was ok, but not the most comfortable to sleep in...I wrap mine opposite the way Laura Lee does hers, so mine ties up on the top instead of the back.

Umm, that's about it. Yeah...
