From what I understand, you do your last steps upside down. So, I think you would co wash or low poo right side up, then rinse upside down, add your condish upside down til your hair feels like seaweed (however that is supposed to feel), rinse upside down, add product upside down, and then either plop and diffuse, or in your case with your short bob, you'd go straight to diffusing.

Anyone care to correct me?

one other thing...right side up, scrunch in a little more product, this will help with having bald like spots
ETA: while your head is upside down, scrunch, like a lot, till your hair feels mushy (seaweed).

I think you're supposed to do the final rinse upside down with cold water, too.
