I shredded today. I'm not keeping up with what day I'm on since I keep skipping days
I will move up a level when I feel ready. I still need lighter weights, the 4lb are too heavy for me for most of the exercises.
I'm doing okay decreasing my refined sugars intake. I've halved the amount of sugar I put in my coffee & have been eating less dessert
I took before pics so I might take pics in a couple weeks to see where I'm at. Seeing even just a tiny bit of improvement will help motivate me.
I may try to start a running plan soon to add into the mix.
