I just finished another level 1 workout. I feel myself pushing harder each time, which is progress.
At the end when she says "we're right here with you" blah blah how we're in it together I muttered under my breath "except you are all in shape". Grrr.
Why must there be so many sets of jumping jacks!!?
I am squatting & lunging lower so I'm happy about that. I do really like those ab exercises too. Hopefully I'll see some real physical results soon
How is everyone else doing? How are the other JM DVDs going?
