Yeah but the whole curvy thing being seriously accepted is a new thing in Hollywood these days. Furthermore, and I mean no disrespect but women that look "exotic" or "ethnic" that are curvy get a pass about being heavier than white women do in society..including Hollywood. White women often get just labeled as fat.

Oh and as a matter of fact.. I was watching this movie show where they discuss a bit about the film before hand, during commericals, and after...and the host said when Monroe was actually considered looking her worse and fat by many in media and Hollywood when she starrred in Some Like It Hot. I was STUNNED because to me she looked incredible in that film. Left me with my mouth wide open because I couldn't understand what they were seeing that I wasn't!
