I just did another day at level 1. I'm definitely noticing a difference. My butt is no longer jiggling during jumping moves
I am now able to follow Natalie for just about everything, but my upper body strength is still very weak, other than push-ups which don't seem to be a problem (Anita version). I'm staying on level 1 for now cause it's still pushing me.
