I'm a little late here, but...

"You should get your hair relaxed." Oh, and they sometimes have the nerve to lie and tell you that it's "good" for your hair.

"How about you straighten a section first so I'll know how it's done." Laawwd!

I went to an Asian salon once (big mistake on my part) and judging by the cackling and whispers in their language, they've never seen or dealt with biracial/black/curly hair in their lives. I thought it was very rude of them to make fun of me like that. I didn't understand what they were saying but it was clear that they were talking about me. They even made faces when they were detangling my hair. It was extremely humiliating...
