Yes I desperately need to clarify. I decided to try shampooing every month which means basically now. If anyone has suggestions of good shampoos that won't dry my hair out, no sulfates or alcohol it'd be greatly appreciated. I wet my hair in between and spray it with Cantu Coconut Milk mist every few days
