You might be over conditioned. You might try just a lo-poo (I'm partial to SheaM Moisture Retention shampoo for this) and skip the conditioner for a few days.

Not a hair recipe but dayum... nice! I've used SheaM smoothie in a pinch for lotion when I'm out & about but it's a bit strong in the fragrance for my skin by itself.

I have Suave cocoa/shea butter and aloe/cucumber lotions, one at work and the other at home. I've been mixing one pump of a Suave lotion with a squeeze about (half as much) of the smoothie and using the mixture as lotion.
