Really??? That's so disappointing! I have had a couple people here and there, people that are most likely just "toxic" IRL, I would assume. But overall I've seen supportive people! There are a couple that get a little... "snobby", too, I guess you could say. (A few of the hard core CGers can be that way at times - not many, tho.). But I'd not call them "nasty".
What a bummer. I hope this site isn't going that direction.
