We had bourbon glazed salmon, which was something my neighbor shared that she gets at Costco to see if we like it. Mr. Spring didn't care for it at all, to the point he didn't even eat it.
I liked it ok, definitely wouldn't buy it. I made cilantro lime coconut rice (Mr. S can't stop raving about this, thank goodness he enjoys it as much as I do), and purple hull peas.
I made peach pudding cake for dessert so at least Mr. Spring won't starve.
