This weekend I tried the HE Totally Twisted mousse. I think that's what it's called; they have a few, but this one is in a purple can. I picked it up on sale for $2.77. A bargain
I waited to try it out til Sat, that way if I didn't like how my hair looked, I didn't have to go to work with bad hair. Luckily, my hair turned out really good. I applied it pretty much the same way I do FSG, scrunched into my hair upside down, and I used a good deal of mousse, but other than that, no problem. I used a small amount of Sally's bioterra light hold gel over it (I call Sally's bioterra light hold, other people don't, but for my hair it's light hold). It turned out great, and I actually got alot more volume that I do when I use FSG.

Glad I followed Myrna's example and tried out a mousse!!!
That's me with FSG as my styler!!

3b. fine & thick, coarse, dry, medium porosity. Sucks up product and loves ACVs! FSG is my HG!
