CG and swimming
My husband is getting me a membership to the Y. I am thrilled because I have joint issues and this is my final option for loosing weight.
I have naturally ash blonde hair. I am also using the CG method. I plan on using a swim cap or two, but I need advice on how to care for my hair if it is frequently exposed to chlorine.
Are there CG friendly products I can use?
My hair is in awsome condition now. I want to keep it that way!!
