I had a stylist (who was advertised as a curly hair specialist) scold me for not shampooing my hair. I told her I didn't want her to use shampoo and she started insisting that she shampoo it... after she finally gave up on trying to poo-up my hair she stopped caring altogether. Probably the worst cut and style I've ever had
