Are you at least sticking to the basics:
-Get lots of rest
-Drink lots of water
If you are doing each of these then try some light exercises like walking 2-4 times a week. Also, try increasing your protein intake.
Otherwise, keep your scalp and hair moisturized daily. It takes work and lots of it.
