I want a bike so bad, spring! I keep telling boyfriend how I want us to get bikes and go for rides together. Great for the abs!
I've been trying to walk 3 miles a day. My complex is big and hilly. The rain can deter me though.
I've also been incorporating 50 cruches, 30 pushups, and 50 leg scissors daily.
I too am not losing any weight. But I'll keep at it BC its a good habit to get into.
