I think the owners comment wwas helpful and clarified a lot for some people on here. This is the only forum that won't allow a business owner to explain or clarify a situation that I've been a member of. What other way can she respond directly to a customers complaint? A lot of people use forums as an outlet to complain but never voice their concerns to the company.....I can understand businesses trying to advertise but its worth noting that a lot of times when they're is suspicion on the forums about a product changing/ingredients etc.....when the company is able to respond people have a better understanding of the brand and knows what is going on..
